What is the Sucata Split?
Sucata Split is a non-competitive European banger rally tour where teams of up to 4 people drive to Split in Croatia, in 4 days, in bangers costing no more than £250. It takes place over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend (27th - 31st May) and culminates in a huge party. Sucata Split follows up from the success of the original Sucata tour, The Sucata Run..
What is the Route?
The tour heads East from Bruges, in Belgium, to the stunning Split in Croatia. En route it stops in Strasbourg (the first city in the world to be declared a UNESCO World Heritage site) Munich (the Bavarian capital of Germany with it's Lederhosen and the world's most famous Beer Hall, the Hofbräuhaus) and the beautiful Ljubljana (capital of Europe's most underrated country Slovenia).
- Day 1. Thurs 27th May: Bruges to Strasbourg
- Day 2. Fri 28th May: Strasbourg to Munich
- Day 3. Sat 29th May: Munich to Ljubljana
- Day 4. Sun 30th May: Ljubljana to Split
- Day5. Mon 31st May: Time to relax on the beach... or nurse your hangover

Who are Gemin-i?
Each team is set a target of raising £1000 for the charity behind the event, Gemin-i. Gemin-i is a UK-based charity specialising in developing innovative solutions to improve education in the developing and developed worlds.
